PRIVACY INFORMATION
Information pursuant to and for the purposes of Art. 14 of the GDPR EU 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data processing.
Personal data provided by the User will be included in a special computer database so that they can be used for access to the requested services. The data controller is PRIMA COMUNICAZIONE s.r.l., with registered office and operational unit at Via Boscone, 68 – 22070 Olgiate Comasco (CO).
PRIMA COMUNICAZIONE s.r.l., in its capacity as data controller, informs that the email address requested at the time of registration and other personal data provided will be processed with the consent of the interested party, for the purpose of providing the information requested by the User.
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Art. 17 of Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR, the User has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them, even if not yet registered, and its communication in an intelligible form. Furthermore, the User has the right to obtain information on:
- the origin of personal data;
- the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
- the identification details of the controller, the managers, and the designated representative pursuant to Art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30/06/2003;
- the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers, or agents.

Exercise of rights
The User, by contacting the email address infoprivacy@gruppoprima.org, has the right to obtain:
- the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
- the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
- attestation that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case where such fulfillment proves impossible or involves a commitment of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
Finally, the User has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection.
